Agarang repatriation sa mga Pilipino sa Israel, pinasisiguro ng House panel Chair kasunod ng pagpapalikas ng Israel sa mga sibilyan doon

Pinasisiguro ni House Committee on Overseas Workers Affairs Chair Ron Salo na agad kumilos ang pamahalaan at bigyang prayoridad ang paglikas sa mga kababayan natin sa Israel

Kasunod ito ng anunsyo ng Israeli government ng pagpapalikas sa mga sibilyan sa loob ng 24 oras.

Partikular na pinakikilos ni Salo ang Departmentt of Foreign Affairs at Embahada sa Cairo para sa agarang repatriation ng 137 overseas Filipinos.

Hiling din nito sa Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), at Department of National Defense (DND) na tumulong sa reptriation efforts at i-mobilolize ang lahat ng resources para sa ligtas na pag uwi ng ating mga kababayan.

“Time is of the essence, and we must act swiftly to ensure their safety amidst the escalating situation in the region.” saad ni Salo.

Payo naman ng Kabayan partylist solon sa mga Pilipino sa Gaza na makipag-ugnayan sa mga awtoridad upang mapadali ang proseso ng repatriation.

“To our fellow Filipinos in Gaza, I urge you to cooperate fully with the government’s repatriation efforts. Your safety is of paramount concern, and your cooperation will greatly assist in expediting the process.” dagdag ng kinatawan. | ulat ni Kathleen Jean Forbes
