Bilang ng mga titulo ng lupang naipamahagi nitong nakalipas na taon, tumaas —DAR

Tinalakay na ng Senate Sub-committee on Finance ang panukalang P9.3 bilyong budget ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) para sa susunod na taon.

Sa naturang pagdinig, inulat ng DAR na dumami ang naibigay nilang titulo ng lupa sa nakalipas na taon.

Parehong physical at e-titles ang naibigay ng DAR.

Mula July 2022 hanggang October 2023 ay umabot na 17,379 ang mga titulong naipamahagi ng DAR sa 16,843 na Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.

Sa orihinal na plano, dapat ay sa katapusan ng December 2024 ay matapos na ang pamamahagi ng lahat ng titulo para sa mga magsasaka pero hiniling ng DAR na mapalawig ang deadline hanggang sa 2027.

Ibinahagi naman ni DAR Secretary Conrado Estrella na dumami ang problema ng DAR at tinamaan pa ng pandemya ang kanilang mga programa gaya ng pamamahagi ng lupa.
