Tiwala si dating Pangulo at ngayon ay Deputy Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo na para sa interes din ng bansa ang naging desisyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., na suspindihin ang implementing rules and regulations (IRR) ng Maharlika Investment Fund (MIF).

Sa ambush interview kay Arroyo, sinabi niya na naniniwala siyang may sapat na rason ang Pangulo sa kanilang desisyon.

Ang maiging gawin na lamang aniya ay suportahan ang posisyon ng chief executive.
