Nanatiling zero casualty o walang naitalang Pilipinong nasugatan o namatay sa Gaza hinggil pa rin sa nagpapatuloy na hidwaan sa pagitan ng pwersa ng Israel at ng grupong Hamas.

Ayon kay DFA Undersecretary Eduardo De Vega, dahil ito sa mas pinaigting na monitoring ng pamahalaan sa mga kababayang OFW na naiipit sa kaguluhan sa Gaza.

Kaugnay nito,113 OFW na ang nagpahayag ng paglikas mula sa Gaza at makabalik sa Pilipinas.
