Binigyang diin ni Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Usec. Garry De Guzman na hindi drawing kundi totoo at magandang housing units ang ibibigay ng pamahalaan sa informal settlers na naaapektuhan ng PNR South Long Haul Project sa Laguna at Quezon.

Ito ang naging pahayag ng opisyal sa groundbreaking ceremony ng segment 3 ng proyekto sa San Pablo City, Laguna.

Ayon kay Usec. De Guzman, patunay ang housing units na naipatayo na sa San Fernando, Pampanga.

Humiling naman din ang opisyal sa mga pamahalaang lokal na suportahan ang proyekto sa pamamagitan ng pagsasaayos ng mga kalsada patungo sa relocation sites.
