Inside the historical show of equally talented artists from the different campuses of Mindanao State University as they showcase the beauty of Mindanao for one night through the Rawaten Cultural Extravaganza 2023.
Mindanao State University System President Atty. Basari Mapupuno officially opened the show by delivering a heartfelt remarks to the audience as they bring Mindanao to Manila.
As the show is about to end, Komisyon ng Wikang Filipino Commissioner Arthur Cassanova, PhD pins a warm message as he went down the memory lane remembering the efforts of former performers, members of Sining Kambayoka and as a MSUan. Cassanova ended his talk by encouraging everyone not to neglect the culture of being a Mindanaoan and as a Filipino.
The commissioner introduced the last performance “Pilandok” by the world renowned theatre group, Sining Kambayoka of Mindanao State University-Marawi Campus.
Rawaten was held In Metropolitan Theatre in Manila. About 150 performers joined the remarkable performance where hundreds of theatre-goers came to watch the show.| via Princess Habiba Sarip-Paudac
