Dumulog sa Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) si Manibela National President Mar Valbuena para maghain ng blotter ngayong araw.

Sinamahan si Valbuena ni LABAN TNVS President Jun De Leon.

Nag-ugat ang paghahain ng blotter ni Valbuena dahil umano sa pagbabanta ni Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista na magsasampa ito ng kaso laban sa kaniya.

Ito ay makaraang akusahan ni Valbuena na mayroon umanong katiwalian sa Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) at Department of Transportation (DOTr) gaya ng pagbibigay ng lagay sa mga prangkisa at ruta sa Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP).
