Nationwide Peace Assembly sa Iloilo, nilahukan ng Philippine Army 3rd Infantry Division

Lumahok ang 3rd Infantry “Spearhead” Division ng Philippine Army sa Multi-Sectoral Nationwide Peace Assembly para sa Barangay at Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) sa Camp Martin Delgado, Iloilo City ngayong Lunes.

Ang aktibidad ay pinangunahan ni 3rd ID Commander Major General Marion R Sison, kasama si Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Region 6 Director, Atty. Dennis Ausan, Police Regional Office (PRO) 6 Deputy Regional Director for Administration, BGen. Archival Macala, at DILG Region 6 Director, Juan Jovian Ingeniero.

Lumahok din sa aktibidad ang mga regional director at representante ng National Police Commission, National Bureau of Investigation, Philippine Coast Guard, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Philippine Information Agency, at religious groups.

Dito’y tiniyak ni MGen. Sison ang commitment ng Philippine Army na pangalagaan ang seguridad at kapakanan ng mga mamamayan sa rehiyon sa kanilang mapayapang pag-ehersisyo ng kanilang karapatang bumoto sa BSKE.

Tampok sa aktibidad ang paglagda sa “Statement of Commitment to Support and Ensure the Peaceful Conduct of BSKE 2023”, na nagwakas sa pagpapalipad ng mga puting kalapati na simbolo ng pag-asa, kapayapaan, kadalisayan, at pagmamahal. | ulat ni Leo Sarne
