Welcome para kay House Ways and Means Committee Chair Joey Salceda ang pagkakatalaga ni Rafael Jose ‘Joel’ Consing bilang pangulo at CEO ng Maharlika Investment Corporation.

Ayon kay Salceda may malawak na karanasan sa financial management at pamamahala ng malalaking infrastructure projects ang opisyal, kaya’t magagamit niya ito para sa financial at development function ng Maharlika Investment Fund.

Malaking bentahe rin ani Salceda ang malawak na karanasan ni Consing sa project financing gaya ng US$398 million-dollar project para sa Victoria International Container Terminal.

Makakaakit din aniya si Consing ng mga mamumuhunan sa pondo, dahil sa makailang beses na siyang nakatanggap ng Best CFO for Investor Relations award.
