Pagbuo ng National Amnesty Commission, welcome sa NTF-ELCAC

Ikinalugod ng National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict o NTF-ELCAC ang naging kautusan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

Ito’y may kaugnayan sa pagbuo ng isang National Amnesty Commission na siyang magpoproseso para sa aplikasyon ng mga dating rebelde na nais magbalik-loob sa pamahalaan.

Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ng NTF-ELCAC Executive Director, Usec. Ernesto Torres Jr, layunin nito na bigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga dating rebelde na makapagbagong buhay matapos masilaw sa maling ideolohiya.

Nangako ang task force na magdodoble-kayod sila upang maipatupad ang kautusan ng Pangulo na naggagawad ng amnestiya sa mga dating rebelde.

Hindi naman bumibitiw ang task force sa pag-asang marami pa ang magpapasyang bumalik na sa isang sibilisadong lipunan lalo’t kinikilala ng Pangulo ang pagkakaiba ng paniniwala’t pananaw.

Gayunman, tiwala ang task force na ito na ang panahon upang magkaisa upang sama-samang maabot ang kapayapaan, kaligtasan at kaunlaran ng bansa. | ulat ni Jaymark Dagala
