“Standardizing the use of computer-generated images of suspects and persons of interest in criminal investigation is necessary to bring our criminal justice system forward into the 21st century,” sabi ni Tutor.

Kasabay nito ay inihayag ng mambabatas na may binalangkas na itong panukala para sa pagtatatag ng National Forensics Service na bahagi ng Forensic Sciences and Services Authority of the Philippines sa ilalim ng Department of Science and Technology.

Nilalayon nito na magkaroon ng lupon ng lisensyado o certified forensic investigators na may specializations sa forensic pathology, forensic accounting and auditing, at electronic o digital forensics. | ulat ni Kathleen Jean Forbes
