Pagsasanay sa martial arts sa KAMANDAG 07-23 Exercise sa Palawan, pinangunahan ng PH Marines

Pinangunahan ng Philippine Marines ang pagtuturo ng kanilang sariling Philippine Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (PMCMAP) sa mga tropang kalahok sa KAMANDAG 07-23 exercise sa Palawan.

Bahagi ito ng Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE) na nilahukan ng Phil. Marines, US Marines, Japan Ground Self Defense Force, at mga observer ng United Kingdom.

Ang SMEE ay pagkakataon para magpalitan ng kaalaman at kasanayan ang mga eksperto sa iba’t ibang larangang pandigma.

Bukod sa martial arts, kasama din sa SMEE ang Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Mortar Familiarization, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, at Basic Photography.

Ang KAMANDAG exercise ay taunang pagsasanay ng Philippine at US Marines na hango sa katagang Tagalog na “Kaagapay ng mga Mandirigma ng Dagat, na layong mapahusay ang interoperability ng magkaalyadong pwersa. | ulat ni Leo Sarne
