Patuloy ang isinasagawang information and education drive ng Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC) sa mga eskwelahan sa Cagayan para maiwasang ma-recruit ng Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) ang mga mag-aaral.

Mahigit 400 estudyante ng Junior at Senior High School ng Dadda National High School, sa Barangay Dadda, Amulung ang nabigyang-kaalaman, sa pangunguna ng National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) Region 02.

Katuwang ang mga kasundaluhan ng 95th Infantry Battalion, kapulisan ng Amulung, at maging ang mga guro ng eskwelahan, tinalakay ng NICA-Region 02 ang mga taktika ng CPP-NPA sa pagre-recruit ng mga kabataan sa loob ng mga paaralan na karaniwang talamak na ginagawa sa mga kanayunan. | ulat ni April Racho| RP1 Tuguegarao
