Handa si Senador Ronald ‘Bato’ dela Rosa na harapin ang mga kaso kaugnay ng ipinatupad na war on drugs ng nakaraang administrasyon basta’t korte ng Pilipinas ang lilitis sa kanya.

Ang pahayag na ito ng senador ay kasunod ng sinabi ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na handa siyang pag-aralan ang pagbabalik ng Pilipinas sa International Criminal Court (ICC).

Sinabi ni Senator Bato, na nirerespeto niya ang pahayag na ito ng Presidente bilang ito ang chief architect ng foreign relations policy ng ating bansa, at nasa discretion niya ito.

Kaugnay nito ay sinabi ni dela Rosa, na pakiramdam niya ay dapat na siyang maghanda.

Pero muling iginiit ng senador, na sa mga korte ng Pilipinas lang siya handang humarap at hindi sa dayuhang korte o institusyon.
