Bilang ng mga Pilipinong umuwi sa bansa mula Lebanon, umakyat na sa 61

Pumalo na sa 61 ang bilang ng Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) na umuwi na sa Pilipinas matapos maipit sa panggugulo ng grupong Hezbollah sa Lebanon.

Ito ang inihayag ng Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) makaraang tiyakin nito ang patuloy na pag-alalay ng pamahalaan sa mga Pilipinong naiipit sa kaguluhan sa ibayong dagat.

Nadagdag sa bilang na ito ang 19 OFW returnees na dumating sa bansa nitong Sabado.

Sakay sila ng Qatar Airways Flight QR934 at lumapag sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 sa Pasay City.

Personal silang sinalubong ni DMW Officer-in-Charge, Usec. Hans Leo Cacdac at inalalayan sa mga tulong na ibinigay sa kanila ng pamahalaan. | ulat ni Jaymark Dagala
