DSWD, palalawigin ang Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program sa 2024

Inanunsiyo ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) na palalawigin nito ang Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program sa 2024.

Ito ang sinabi ni DSWD Undersecretary for Innovations Edu Punay kasabay ng Program Review and Evaluation Workshop, na isinagawa sa Greenhills Elan Hotel Modern sa San Juan City.

Sa mensahe ni Punay, sinabi nitong palalawigin ang naturang programa sa ilang lugar sa National Capital Region sa susunod na taon matapos ang matagumpay na implementasyon nito.

Ayon pa sa opisyal, mayroon din ihahain na panukalang batas na Tara, Basa! bill upang maipatupad ang programa sa buong bansa.

Batay sa resulta ng Quick English Reading Assessment na isinagawa ng Department of Education, ang Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program ay nagpakita ng positibong impact sa reading skills ng mga mag-aaral sa NCR.

Ang Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program ay programa kung saan ang mga kwalipikadong college student ay magsisilbing student-tutors sa mga batang hirap na magbasa. | ulat ni Diane Lear
