MMDA, nagpaalala sa publiko na planuhing maigi ang kanilang biyahe para sa long weekend simula bukas

Nagbabala ang Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) sa publiko na asahan ang mas mabigat na daloy ng trapiko simula bukas Disyembre 8.

Ito’y dahil sa deklaradong Special Non-working Day ang naturang araw bilang pagdiriwang naman ng mga Katoliko ng pista ng Immaculate Conception na isang Holiday of Obligation.

Dahil dito, pinayuhan ni MMDA Chaiperson, Atty. Don Artes ang mga motorista na huwag nang makipagsabayan sa lansangan kung hindi naman mahalaga ang kanilang biyahe upang hindi na maabala pa sa dagsa ng mga motorista.

Giit pa niya, dahil isa itong long weekend ay tiyak na marami ang magsisipag-uwian sa mga lalawigan gayundin ay daragsa sa mga mall para mamasyal.
