“The ultimate goal of the act is to facilitate the swift reunification of missing individuals with their families, providing much-needed closure and relief to those affected. In conclusion, the National Missing Persons Database and DNA Testing Act is a crucial step toward addressing the challenges associated with any missing persons case.” saad sa explanatory note ng panukala. | ulat ni Kathleen Forbes
