Pinangunahan ni Philippine Army Chief Lieutenant General Roy Galido ang “reception” para sa 288 bagong-graduate na miyembro ng Officer Candidate Course “Talahiraya” Class 59-2023 sa Officer Candidate School sa Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac nitong Miyerkules.

Sa kanyang mensahe, binigyan ni Lt. Gen. Galido ang mga magiging bagong platoon leader ng professional at career advice.

Binilinan ng heneral ang mga batang tinyente na ipakita ang kanilang pagiging tunay pinununo sa pamamagitan ng pagsabay sa pagkayod ng kanilang mga tauhan sa “field”.
