SBMA, winakasan na ang pag-upa ng Aviation Hub Asia sa Freeport

Pormal nang kinuha ng Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) ang pamamahala sa isang aviation service sa loob ng freeport.

Ayon sa SBMA, bigong tumupad sa rental agreement ang Aviation Hub Asia Inc. kaya inaprubahan ng SBMA Board of Directors ang resolusyon na wakasan ang lease agreement ng Aviation Hub Asia.

Umaabot sa P19 million at US$106.02 ang hindi pa nababayarang upa, at multa sa performance bond ng nasabing kumpanya.

Bigo din ang kumpanya na makasunod sa kanilang development commitments, at pagsusumite ng performance bond sa loob ng panahong nakasaad sa Notice of Default with Demand to Pay.

Kabilang sa mga inuupahan ng nasabing kumpanya ang ilang portion ng hangar area, office space shed at open space.
