Itinutulak ngayon ni House Deputy Majority Leader at ACT-CIS Party-list Representative Erwin Tulfo at apat pang mambabatas na huwag nang pagbayarin ang mga kuwalipikadong mahihirap na kukuha ng Board at Bar Examinations.
Layon ng House Bill 9800 nina Tulfo, ACT-CIS Party-list Representatives Jocelyn Tulfo at Edvic Yap, Benguet Representative Eric Yap, at Quezon City Representative Ralph Tulfo na magkaroon ng educational at professional equity sa lipunan.
Para makakuha ng exemption, kailangan kumuha ang aplikante ng proof of indigency; first time taker ng pagsusulit; isang Pilipino; at nagtapos ng kolehiyo ng mayroong Latin Honor o isang Academic Scholarship grantee.
Hindi naman kasama sa panukala ang review fee para sa Civil Service Examination at Career Service Exam for Foreign Service Officer. | ulat ni Kathleen Jean Forbes
