Ganito inilarawan ni Albay Representative Joey Salceda ang Bagong Pilipinas campaign ng pamahalaan.
Aniya repleksyon ito ng direksyon ng pamahalaang Marcos Jr., patungo sa modernisasyon.
Patotoo aniya dito ang bagong Public-Private Partnership Code; modernong tax system sa ilalim ng Ease of Paying Taxes Act; makabagong polisiyang pang-agrikultura gaya ng condonation ng agrarian reform debts at emancipation ng liened titles; at pagpapaunlad sa ating energy infrastructure.
“We need this modernizing spirit as we confront pressing challenges, foremost of which is a global food price crisis. This will require the very best efforts from this administration to— from a modernized and climate-resilient domestic agriculture sector, to new diplomatic arrangements with our food trade partners,” sabi ni Salceda.
Kaya naman kumpiyansa si Salceda na si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang mag-uugnay sa pagitan ng nakaraan at kinabukasan ng Pilipinas upang harapin ang mga hamong pandaigdig.
Sa panig naman ni Kabayan Party-list Representative Ron Salo, sinabi nito na ang Bagong Pilipinas ay mahalagang hakbang para tugunan ang mga isyung pambayan.
Nakaka-proud aniya ang inilatag na vision, komprehensibong masterplan, at reporma ni PBBM para sa isang mas magandang Pilipinas para sa mga Pilipino.
“In an era where change is not just desired but imperative, President Marcos has taken the higher road in decisively focusing on the ultimate concern of all Philippine ills – the people… by initiating reforms within the government, the President is setting an example for the entire nation to follow, demonstrating the courage and vision needed to build a brighter future for all Filipinos,” sabi ni Salo.
“As advocates for genuine and inclusive change and progress, we commend President Marcos for his commitment in leading the country towards a new era of development and prosperity. His dedication in addressing the deep-seated issues within our society is truly commendable, and we stand ready to support him every step of the way,” dagdag pa ni Salo.
Kasabay nito nanawagan si Salo sa lahat ng sektor na suportahan ang hangaring ito ng Pangulo para sa Pilipinas dahil sa pagkakaisa lamang aniya makakamit ang ikatatagumpay ng kampanya.
“Through everyone’s support to the President, we can achieve a “Bagong Pilipinas.” Let us rally behind the President in transforming this campaign into a national movement where every Filipino does his/her part of making it a reality.
