“We have been in contact with one another over the past few months simply because we have been trying to arrange a visit to Germany. And I think we have finally managed. We have come down on the March 12th, the March 12 date. So I can commit to that now.” — Pangulong Marcos.
“It has been a little bit unusual simply because we haven’t been able to finalize other commitments. But, nonetheless, I am very happy to be able to… I do not remember, when was the last visit of a Philippine President to Germany?” — Pangulong Marcos.
“I’m sure that, after the visit to Berlin, that many things will develop. We will be requiring your presence here more and more.” —Pangulong Marcos.
