Inatasan ng Malacañang ang mga presidential appointee na naluklok sa pwesto bago ang February 1, 2023 na isumite ang kanilang updated na Personal Data Sheet (PDS) at clearances mula sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Civil Service Commission (CSC), Office of the Ombudsman, at Sandiganbayan.
Ito ayon kay PCO Secretary Cheloy Velicaria – Garafil ay upang ma-review ng Palasyo ang performance ng mga ito, at masiguro na qualified pa sila sa kanilang pwesto.
“This is a directive to all presidential appointees, including those appointed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., as part of performance review and to ensure continuing qualifications to remain in office.” —PCO Secretary Garafil.
Sa ilalim ng memo na ibinaba, ikalawa ng Pebrero, 2024, inaatasan ang mga pinuno ng government offices, GOCCs, State Universities and Colleges, at Government Financial Institutions na siguruhing, tatalima sa kautusang ito ang mga presidential appointee na nasa ilalim ng kanilang hurisdiksyon.
Kailangang maisakatuparan ito sa loob ng 30 araw.
Kaugnay nito, nilinaw naman ni Secretary Garafil na para sa lahat ng presidential appointee ang kautusang ito, kabilang ang mga naitalaga ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., at hindi limitado lamang sa mga naluklok sa pwesto sa ilalim ng Duterte Administration.
