Partikular aniya niyang bubuksan sa harap ng mga lider ang mga usaping nakakaapekto sa Pilipinas, tulad ng pagsusulong sa aksyon laban sa Climate Change, pag-sunod sa 1982 UNCLOS, security and defense, at iba pa.
