CSC, magbibigay ng dagdag na 10 points sa isang examinee na mahigit 10 taon nang JO at COS

Gumagawa na ng mga kaukulang hakbang ang Civil Service Commission (CSC) para mapunan ang maraming bakanteng plantilla position sa gobyerno.

Sa isang ambush interview sa Department of Justice (DOJ), sinabi ni CSC Chairperson Karlo Alexis Nograles, kinakausap na nila ang government agencies na kung maaari ay punan na ang libo-libong bakanteng plantilla.

Bukod dito, magdadagdag sila ng 10 puntos sa sinumang job orders (JO) at contract of service (COS) employees na nasa 10 taon nang nasa serbisyo kapag ang mga ito ay kukuha ng Civil Service Exam.

Ang hakbang na ito ng CSC ay para maging permanent employees na ang mga nagtatrabaho ng mahigit 10 taon sa gobyerno na JO at COS.

Sa pulong nila kay Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., sinabi ng CSC na may limang ahensya ng gobyerno ang maraming job orders at COS pero may mga vacant position na hindi napupunan.

Ito ay ang Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Department of Education (DepEd), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Health (DOH), at Local Government Agencies. | ulat ni Michael Rogas
