Mahigit 200 foreign nationals, hindi pinapasok ng bansa – BI

Iba’t ibang foreign nationals ang rejected o hindi pinapasok sa Pilipinas para lang sa buwan ng Marso ngayong taon.

Ayon sa Bureau of Immigration (BI), 150 dito ay pawang mga Vietnamese, 30 Chinese, 14 Indonesians at iba pa.

Ayon sa report kay BI Commissioner Norman Tansingco, ang dahilan ng madaming rejections o denials ng Vietnamese nationals ay bunsod ng napag-alamamg nagtatrabaho ang mga ito sa illegal online gaming hubs.

Sa kabila nito, nilinaw naman ni Tansingco na ang nasabing aksyon ng BI ay hinndi nakatutok sa iisang nasyonalidad at sa halip ay resulta ng metikolosong pag-iimbestiga ng travel patterns, at aktibidad ng mga indibidwal. Bilang parusa naman sa naturang exclusion ay mapapabilang ang mga pinauwing foreigner sa black list ng BI, dahilan para tuluyan na itong hindi makabalik ng bansa. | ulat ni Lorenz Tanjoco
