Inatasan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang Philippine National Police (PNP) at Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), na palakasin ang intelligence monitoring sa mga sindikato ng ilegal na droga.

Ginawa ng Pangulo ang pahayag sa kanyang pag-inspeksyon, sa nasabat na P13.3 billion na high grade shabu kahapon sa Batangas.

Ayon sa Pangulo, ito na ang pinakamalaking drug haul sa ilalim ng kanyang administrasyon na walang nasaktan o namatay.

Ayon kay Pangulong Marcos, ang pagkakasabat sa bilyon-bilyong halaga ng iligal na droga ay patunay na gumagana ang ipinatutupad na istratehiya ng gobyerno.

Pinatitiyak din ng Pangulo sa PNP at PDEA na ipagpatuloy ang kanilang ginagawa.

Nakiusap din ang Pangulo, na hayaan munang gumulong ang imbestigasyon upang mabatid kung anong bansa ang pinanggalingan ng nasabing iligal na droga. | ulat ni Melany Valdoz Reyes
