107 barko ng China, na-monitor sa 7 lugar sa WPS

Na-monitor ng Philippine Navy ang kabuuang 107 barko ng China mula Abril 30 hangang Mayo 6 sa pitong lugar na may interes ang Pilipinas sa West Philippine Sea (WPS).

Base sa datos na inilabas ni Philippine Navy Spokesperson for the WPS Commodore Roy Vincent Trinidad, pinakamarami ang na-monitor sa bisinidad ng Pag-asa Island na binubuo ng 35 Chinese Maritime Militia vessels (CMMV), dalawang People’s Liberation Army Navy Vessel (PLAN), at isang Chinese Coast Guard Vessels (CCGV).

Sumunod dito ang Ayungin Shoal na may 30 CMMV at tatlong CCGV; at Bajo de Masinloc o Scarborough Shoal na may 16 na CMMV, dalawang PLAN, at tatlong CCGV.

Habang anim na CMMV ang na-monitor sa Panata Island; isang CMMV at isang CCGV sa Kota Island; at tig-iisang CCGV sa Lawak at Patag island.

Wala namang na-monitor na mga barko ng China sa Parola at Likas Islands. | ulat ni Leo Sarne
