DFA, muling giniit na walang opisyal ng pamahlaan ang nakipagkasundo sa China hinggil sa Ayungin Shoal

Binigyang diin ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) na tanging ang Pangulo lang ng Pilipinas ang may kapasidad na mag apruba o mag otorisa ng anumang kasunduan na may kinalaman sa West Philippine Sea at South China Sea. 

Dahil dito ay iginigiit ng DFA, na walang sino mang cabinet level official ng Marcos Administration ang pumayag sa kahit anong Chinese proposal na may kinalaman sa Ayungin Shoal. 

Wala ring nakuha o nakitang record ang gobyerno ng Pilipinas na anumang deals o dokumento gaya ng sinasabi ng Chinese Embassy.
