Nakatakdang makipagpulong si Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Gilbert Teodoro sa kanyang mga counterpart mula sa Amerika, Europa, at Asya-Pasipiko, sa “sidelines” ng 21st International Institute for Strategic Studies Shangri-La Dialogue (SLD) sa Singapore.

Ito’y matapos na dumalo sa pormal na pagbubukas ng pagtitipon, kung saan nakatakdang magbigay ng keynote address ang Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. mamayang alas-8 ng gabi.
