Malabon LGU, nakipagtulungan sa DBP para sa pagpapalawak ng mga proyekto sa lungsod

Sa layuning maiangat ang kalidad ng serbisyo sa Malabueños, ay nakipag-partner ang pamahalaang lungsod ng Malabon sa Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) para sa Economic at Social Development Funding Program sa lungsod.

Pinangunahan ni Malabon Mayor Jeannie Sandoval at DBP President and Chief Executive Officer Michael de Jesus ang paglagda sa Memorandum of Agreement para sa programa na isinabay sa ika-425th Foundation Day ng pamahalaang lungsod.

Sa ilalim nito, maglalaan ng financing program ang DBP sa Malabon para agad na makumpleto ang iba’t ibang mga proyekto sa lungsod kabilang ang housing, health, at infrastructure projects.

Katunayan, hanggang sa ₱3-billion loan ang maaaring mailaan ng DBP sa Malabon LGU para mapondohan ang priority projects nito na inaasahang tutugon sa mga isyu ng informal settlement, illegal parking, at kawalan ng hospital facilities. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
