Nagpulong sina National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan at Senator Sherwin Gatchalian upang pag-usapan ang mga hakbang sa pagpapaunlad ng edukasyon at digital connectivity sa bansa.

Sa naturang pulong, kabilang sa tinalakay ang mga panukalang batas tulad ng Batang Magaling Act, Basic Education and Early Childhood Care and Development Alignment Act, at Konektadong Pinoy Bill na layong palawakin ang access sa edukasyon at internet para sa lahat ng Pilipino.

Naniniwala ang dalawang opisyal na ang edukasyon at digital connectivity ay susi sa pag-unlad ng ekonomiya ng bansa.

Nagkasundo ang NEDA at ang opisina ni Senator Gatchalian na magtulungan para sa agarang pagpasa ng mga nasabing batas na mahalaga sa patuloy na pag-unlad ng ekonomiya at lipunan ng Pilipinas. | ulat ni Diane Lear
