Umano’y pag-hack sa logistics data system ng PNP, iniimbestigahan ng ACG

Iniimbestigahan na ng Philippine National Police-Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) ang umano’y pag-hack sa logistics data system ng PNP.

Ayon kay PNP Public Information Office Chief at Spokesperson Police Col. Jean Fajardo, kinuha na ng ACG ang records ng mga posibleng nag-log in sa server at isinasailalim na ito sa pagsusuri.

Sinabi ni Fajardo na base sa inisyal na pagtaya, maayos at nasa good running condition ang system, subalit nananatili pa rin itong naka-shutdown habang nagpapatuloy ang assessment ng ACG.

Sa ngayon aniya ay hindi pa masabi kung may impormasyon sa database na nakumpromiso.

Kaugnay nito, ipinag-utos aniya ni PNP Chief Police General Rommel Francisco Marbil sa lahat ng unit chief na palakasin ang seguridad ng kanilang mga online system para maiwasan ang kahalintulad na insidente.  | ulat ni Leo Sarne
