Office of the Vice President, nagsagawa ng simultaneous tree planting activity sa Pateros

Bilang bahagi ng programang PagbaBAGo: A Million Trees Campaign, nagsagawa ng simultaneous tree planting activity ang Office of the Vice President (OVP) sa Pateros.

Umabot sa 150 na puno ang naitanim ng mga kawani ng OVP sa limang planting sites kabilang ang Aguho Elementary School, P. Manalo Elementary School, Pateros Elementary School, at Pateros Linear Park.

Kabilang sa mga naitanim ay mga seedlings ng Guyabano, Lemon, Calamansi, Tabebuia, at Banaba.

Bago magtanim ay nagkaroon muna ng maikling orientation ang grupo na pinangunahan ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources kung saan binigyang diin ang kahalagahan ng mga puno sa panahon ng baha at tag-init.

Layon ng OVP na makapagtanim ng isang milyong puno sa buong bansa at mapangalagaan ang ating kalikasan. | ulat ni Diane Lear
