Reactivation ng Voter Registration, pwede na sa online COMELEC

Hinihikayat ng Commission on Elections (COMELEC) ang mga natanggal sa voters’ list na muling magparehistro upang makaboto sa 2025 Midterm Elections. 

Ayon kay COMELEC Chair George Erwin Garcia, hindi na kailangan magtungo sa mga Local Election Offices para makapagpatala sa listahan ng mga botante. 

Ito ay dahil maaari nang ma-reactivate ang kanilang registration sa pamamagitan ng online ng COMELEC. 

Sinabi ni Garcia, bisitahin lamang ang kanilang website at makikita na doon ang portal kung papaanong muling magpa-reactivate ng Voter Registration. 

Hindi na rin daw kakailanganin ang biometric at fingerprint dahil may hawak ng datos ang Komisyon. 

Una dito, aabot sa halos apat na milyong botante ang tinanggal ng COMELEC sa Voters’ List dahil sa kabiguan nila na makaboto sa dalawang magkasunod na halalan.  | ulat ni Mike Rogas
