Tiniyak ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) na tutulungan pa rin ng ahensya ang mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng bagyong Carina sa panahon ng recovery phase.

Sinabi ni DSWD Spokesperson Irene Dumlao na sa pamamagitan ng Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA) ay matutukoy nila kung ano pa ang mga kinakailangang tulong ng ating mga kababayan na sinalanta ng bagyong Carina at habagat. Matapos ang response phase aniya ay tutungo naman sila sa recovery phase.

Tiniyak rin ng Disaster Response Management Group (DRMG) na ang ahensya ay may mga naka-imbak pang family food packs (FFPs) at iba pang relief items na nakatakdang ipamahagi sa iba’t ibang rehiyon para sa mga local government units (LGUs) na lubhang naapektuhan ng bagyo. | ulat ni Jollie Mar Acuyong
