Manunungkulan na si incoming Department of Education (DepEd), Senador Sonny Angara simula sa araw na epektibo ang resignation ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa Biyernes, July 19.

Ayon kay Angara, July 18 nakatakda ang turnover ceremony at kinabukasan ay pormal na siyang magte-take over sa kanyang bagong posisyon.

Umaasa ang senador, na makakasalamuha niya si VP Sara para mahingan ng mga payo kaugnay sa pagpapatakbo sa ahensya.

Kinumpirma rin ni Angara na nakipagpulong na siya sa ilang Undersecretaries at Assistant Secretaries ng DepEd para malaman ano ang mga bagay na kailangang agad pagtuunan ng pansin.

Partikular na inalam ng incoming DepEd Secretary ang paghahanda ng ahensya para sa bagong school year 2024-2025. | ulat ni Nimfa Asuncion
