Samantala, tiniyak naman ni Sec. Recto ang magandang alok ng pamumuhunan sa bansa kapag naisabatas ang Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprise to Maximize opportunities for Reinvigorating the Economic (CREATE MORE) bill.
