Nais ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na masimulan na ang rehabilitation at recovery phase sa agrikultura at sa imprastraktura.

Kasunod ito ng iniwang pinsala o agricultural damage ng bagyo at habagat  na sinabayan pa ng high tide.

Ang direktiba ng Pangulo sa Department of Agriculture (DA) ay habulin ang planting season at ng sa gayon ay mabigyan ng tulong ang mga naapektuhang magsasaka.

Kaugnay nito’y pinatutukoy ng Pangulo ang mga lugar kung saan pwedeng ipadala ang binhi gayundin ng fingerlings na aniya’y kailangang agad na maibigay sa mga kinauukulan
