Welcome para kay House Committee on Labor and Employment Chair at Rizal Representative Fidel Nograles ang resulta ng Philippine Business for Education’s (PBEd) 2024 Jobs Outlook Study.
Lumalabas kasi dito na apat sa limang employer o katumbas ng 86.6 percent ang handa nang kumuha o mag-hire ng K to 12 graduates.
Mayroon ding 88% ng micro, medium, and small enterprises (MSMEs) at 78% ng malalaking kumpanya ang bukas sa pagkuha ng K to 12 graduates bilang empleyado.
Magandang balita rin ani Nograles na sa kasalukuyan, 42% ng mga empleyado ng MSMEs at 63% naman sa malalaking kumpanya ay K to 12 graduates.
Kumpiyansa naman ang mambabatas na sa tamang intervention ay tataas pa ang mga numero na ito.
“The survey results mean that the door is not closed for K to 12 graduates to find jobs. Rather, it’s a matter of increasing the numbers, which I am optimistic we can achieve with the proper interventions,” sabi ni Nograles. | ulat ni Kathleen Forbes
