Pormal nang inilabas ng Department of Transportation (DOTr), Land Transportation Office (LTO), at Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) ang Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2024-001 o ang Revised Guidelines for All Vehicles Travelling on Toll Expressways.
