Mataas ang pagtingin ni Albay Representative Joey Salceda sa kasamahang si Negros Occidental Representative Kiko Benitez na ngayon ay bagong Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) director general.
Ayon kay Salceda, nawalan man ng kinatawan ang Negros sa Kamara ay hindi maitatanggi na malaki ang naiaambag ni Benitez sa gabinete ng administrasyong Marcos.
Isa, aniya, siya sa pinakamagagaling na mambabatas at policy modernizer.
“Representative Benitez is among the best of my colleagues in the House, and will be a competent addition to the Marcos administration… Rep. Benitez is also among the policy modernizers in the House, always on the lookout for ways to enhance policies for the benefit of our people,” ani Salceda.
Kaya naman looking forward ang Albay solon na makatrabaho si Benitez lalo na pagdating sa mga workforce-related policies na matagal na aniya nila pinag-uusapan.
“I look forward to working with him more on the workforce-related policies we have been collaborating. His appointment is a loss to the people of Negros Occidental but an unmistakable gain for the Marcos cabinet and the Filipino people,” sabi pa ni Salceda.
