Naniniwala si Civil Service Commission Chairperson Karlo Nograles na epektibo pa rin ang pagkakaroon ng flexible work arrangement kahit wala nang pandemiya.
Sa pagsalang ng P2.7 bilyon na panukalang budget ng CSC sa Kamara, sinabi ni Nograles na kasalukuyang pinaplantsa ang bagong guidelines para sa flexible work arrangement kung saan pangunahing konsiderasyon ang energy at fuel conservation.
Sabi ng opisyal, isa sa mga resulta ng flexible work arrangement ay mas lumawak ang paggamit sa teknolohiya.
Malaking tulong din aniya ito sa traffic mitigation efforts na ipinapatupad ng pamahalan.
Paalala naman ni Nograles na ang implementasyon ng flexible work arrangement ay nakadepende pa rin sa ahensya ng pamahalaan maliban na lamang sa mga frontline services.
“Wala na nga po tayo sa pandemic but what the flexible work arrangements have taught us is number one, it accelerates the use of technology. And I think we have enough technology out there that can be used and implemented without sacrificing efficiency and effectiveness and productivity. Number two also is tying it up with our fuel conservation, energy conservation and traffic mitigation efforts. So ito po yung maging latest guidelines po namin, it would be tied up to that. And then of course ‘yung sensitivities din po natin sa iba’t ibang sectors including those with comorbidities, those with persons with disabilities and pregnant women,” paliwanag ni Nograles.
Sakali naman aniya na may reklamo sa pagiging epektibo ng serbisyo ng isang ahensya ng pamahalaan ay mayroong mga contact center ng bayan at hotline 8888 kung saan maaaring itong iparating sa CSC.
“We’re also a complaints referral agency so we handle the contact center ng bayan. So kung may mga reklamo ang ating mga kababayan about any agency in government, they can go to us. They can contact us through the contact center ng bayan at pinaproseso naman po namin. And of course there’s also the hotline 8888 which the CSC was also the one who set that up for the presidential complaint center,” saad pa ng CSC Chairperson. | ulat ni Kathleen Forbes
