DOTr: Partial operation ng MRT-7, nakatakdang simulan sa 2025

Inihayag ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) na nakatakdang simulan ang partial operation ng Metro Rail Transit (MRT) 7 sa ikaapat na quarter ng 2025.

Ayon kay Transportation Undersecretary Jeremy Regino, ang North Ave. Station hanggang Quirino Station ay magsisimula nang mag-operate sa susunod na taon.

Habang ang Tala Station sa Caloocan ay magsisimula ng operasyon sa 2026 at ang San Jose Station sa San Jose del Monte, Bulacan ay inaasahang magiging operational sa 2027 o 2028.

Ang MRT-7 ay may habang 22 kilometro at binubuo ng 14 na istasyon.

Kapag ganap nang operational ang naturang linya ay mapapaiksi nito ang oras ng biyahe mula Quezon City hanggang San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan sa loob lamang ng 35 minuto.

Tinatayang makakapagserbisyo ito sa 300,000 mga pasahero sa unang taon ng operasyon nito. | ulat ni Diane Lear
