DSWD at PDRF, nagkasundo para palakasin ang mga operasyon sa pagtugon sa kalamidad

Nagkasundo ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at ang Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation Inc. (PDRF) para magtatag ng harmonized data-sharing infrastructure sa disaster preparedness and response efforts sa pagitan ng dalawang ahensya.

Ayon kay DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian, sa pamamagitan nito mapapalakas pa ang pagtutulungan ng publiko at pribadong sektor sa pamamagitan ng advanced disaster information management.

Sa pamamagitan ng data-sharing agreement, mabibigyang-daan ng DSWD ang PDRF na ma-access ang on-the-ground information sa panahon ng mga kalamidad at emerhensiya.

Ang partnership sa pagitan ng DSWD at PDRF ay nakaugat sa isang shared mission na magbigay ng komprehensibong whole-of-nation approach sa Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM). | ulat ni Rey Ferrer
