Education Sec. Angara sa mga ASEAN Member state: Bigyang prayoridad ang digital transformation sa edukasyon

Nanawagan si Education Secretary Sonny Angara sa mga kasaping bansa ng ASEAN na unahin ang digital transformation sa edukasyon upang mas maihanda ang mga kabataan sa rehiyon para sa mga hamon sa hinaharap.

Ang panawagang ito ay ginawa ni Angara sa ginanap na 13th ASEAN Education Ministers Meeting (ASED) sa Buriram, Thailand.

Binigyang-diin ni Angara ang kolektibong responsibilidad ng mga policymaker, na bigyan ang mga mag-aaral ng mga kasanayan at pagpapahalaga na kailangan upang umunlad sa digital world.

Ipinaalala rin ng kalihim, na ang edukasyon ay nangangailangan ng matatag na institusyon, mga patakaran na nakabatay sa ebidensya, at isang aktibong network ng mga stakeholder.
