Suportado ni House Deputy Minority Leader at Bagong Henerasyon Representative Bernadette Herrera ang plano ni Education Secretary Sonny Angara na paghusayin ang teacher’s benefits at lumikha ng teacher-friendly environment sa mga pampublikong eskwelahan.

Kabilang sa plano ang comprehensive review upang gawing simple ang Results-Based Performance Management System o (RPMS) at ang reduction ng non-teaching duties, upang makapag-focus ang mga guro sa kanilang mga estudyante.

Ayon kay Herrera, kapuri-puri ang commitment ni Angara na paghusayin ang kapakanan at professional   development sa school teachers.

Pinuri rin ng lady solon ang direktiba ng kalihim na repasuhin ang RPMS upang maibsan ang burden ng mga guro.
