“Congestion” sa BJMP Pasig, di magiging hadlang para sa seguridad ng apat na kapwa akusado ni Pastor Apollo Quiboloy

Amindao ang Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) na “congested” o sobrang dami ng mga nakapiit sa BJMP Pasig.

Ayon kay BJMP Spokesperson Chief Inspector Jayrex Bustinera, sinabi niyang may 1,511 nakakulong na sa male dormitory na dapat ay pang 250 lang.

Nasa 500 percent congested umano ito dahil ang isang selda sa BJMP Pasig ay may laman na nasa 30 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) na ideal lang para sa 4 o 5 na PDL. Habang 138 na PDL naman ang nakakulong sa female dormitory na ideal lang sa 28 na PDL.

Sa kabila ng “congestion”, kumpiyansa siyang hindi ito magiging hadlang para sa seguridad ng apat. Maayos naman kasi ang pamamalakad sa piitan.

Nabatid na may utos ang Pasig RTC na ilipat sina Jackielyn Roy, Ingrid Canada, Sylvia Cemañes at Crisente Canada sa kustodiya ng BJMP Pasig.
