DSWD, may anunsiyo para sa mga benepisyaryo ng 4Ps

Hinihikayat ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) ang lahat ng benepisyaryo ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), na i-update ang kanilang mga profile.

Partikular dito ang mga sambahayang may buntis o may anak na 0 hanggang 2 taong gulang ang edad.

Sa abiso ng DSWD, kailangan lang ng mga ito na makipag-ugnayan o magpunta sa kanilang City/Municipal Link at ipasa ang Beneficiary Updating System (BUS) Form 5 kasama ang mga kinakailangang dokumento.

Para sa batang 0-2 taong gulang, kailangan lamang ang birth certificate o Local Civil Registry at para sa buntis, ang medical certificate o health certificate mula sa Rural Health Unit (RHU) / Barangay Health Station (BHS).

Mahalaga umano ang pag-update ng profile upang masiguro ang tuloy-tuloy na benepisyo at bilang paghahanda sa pagpapatupad ng 4Ps ng First 1,000 Days (F1KD) cash grants. | ulat ni Rey Ferrer
